Individual Training

Our individual training packages start with an extensive biomechanical assessment to determine the specific needs of each athlete. Based on those results, a personalized training program is created, taking into account other factors such as position, minutes played, style of play and more, to optimize the performance of our athletes and reduce risk of injury.
